Description
This is a wonderful session for those who do not need the extra time of the fuller 2.5hr session. Some people will chose this as a follow up to the fuller session when less time is needed to be spent on the body or if just focused work is appropriate. For some it fits the days schedule better and for some it makes having sessions more affordable. I might mention here that years ago my main format was this 1.5hr time.
